The problem description was entered online via an active messenger. After that, it was enough to fill out a few details of the form to collect the defective media for diagnostics. On the third day, we were contacted that the media file system could be reconstructed (directory tree), from which we selected a list of files for recovery. Within two days, the data was placed on FTP as agreed, then downloaded and handed over to the client. The conclusion is: "Professional behavior, quick response, high technical level for very decent money"
